GR II: The Board of Trustees

This Governing Regulation outlines the role of the Board of Trustees as the People’s Representatives as well as the composition of the Board and its committees. GR II establishes the election process of the officers of the Board of Trustees and each role’s duties. This Regulation also outlines the rules pertaining to meetings of the Board and its committees.
