University-wide Navigation

This policy establishes procedures for identifying disclosing, and managing financial conflicts of interest in research at the University of Kentucky.  It requires investigators to disclose significant financial interests related to their institutional responsibilities so the University can determine whether oversight, limitation, or prohibitions are necessary to protect research integrity, objectivity, and human research participants.  It applies to investigators involved in proposed or funded sponsored agreements and institutionally sponsored research and supports compliance with applicable state and federal requirements.
