Provides the grievance process for staff employees (0.5 FTE or greater) to resolve disputes concerning corrective actions such as probation, suspension or termination. Describes the three-stage grievance procedure — from departmental review to appeal panel — and ensures decisions are made fairly and consistently with University policy.
