Administrative Regulation AR: Student Conduct and Student Rights

This regulation establishes standards for student conduct and protects student rights at the University of Kentucky.  It applies to all students and student organizations, including conduct on and off campus and in online learning environments, and outlines students' academic and non-academic rights based on fairness, equality, dignity, accountability and due process.
