Administrative Regulation AR: Academic Programs (Interim)

This regulation establishes the framework for academic programs at the University of Kentucky, including degree and certificate programs, badges, and credit- and non-credit-bearing courses and curricula.  It outlines the required processes for creating, modifying, or eliminating these programs, ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, delegates appropriate authority to the Provost, and defines the role of faculty shared governance.
