AR 8:3 Contract and Transaction Approval Authority

This regulation establishes the policies and procedures whereby the President delegates authority to administrative officers to enter into certain agreements and authorize payments on behalf of the University. Further, the regulation outlines the authority the President has delegated to various administrative officers to enter into agreements and financial transactions on behalf of the University.
