AR 4:5 - Residency Status Review Committee

This regulation describes the purpose, authority and membership of the residence review committee at the University of Kentucky. It outlines the following: the administrative appeals process to consider student appeals of a residency determination, the designatation of a residency appeals officer, and the establishment of a residency review committee to consider appeals of residency determinations by the residency appeals officer.
